My 93-yr-old mother is treated well. Her room is nice. There are regular activities. What I don’t like so much is the food and snacks. The guests are often fed high-carb/sugar meals (eg, chicken nuggets and fries) and snacks like candies and chips. In theory, clients can eat only the healthy stuff. In practice, people eat what is at hand.

There is much room for improvement with staffing. Caretakers need to speak English. There are too many problems when there is NO communication. They charge alot for care and can't consistantly provide it. The food repeats itself alot, but has gotten better. The memory Villa side is sad. Not much attention given. You just have to be there frequently to really know what's going on.
