Trevor and his team made the home buying process extremely simple and fast! They are very communicative and most emails were responded to in less than an hour. They have an online portal to upload all documents to monitor progress of not only what was required of us, but what was required by his team, as well as the lender - full transparency. Trevor and his whole team help me refi less than 2 years in my home and save me several hundred dollars a month on my mortgage and got me some cash back so I could do a couple upgrades in the house. Best team I've ever worked with. They make amazing things happen.
