Trevor Perkins mislead me, he was manipulative, actually lied, and then tried to gas light me when I called him out on his lies. Mitch was better, but he had so much to fix from Trevor sounds. My original clear to close was set for 7/31/25 with Trevor, by I was not actually clear to close until 8/26/25. Trevor led me to believe I was receiving $70k cash out, after everything was said and done I received about $25k.
