After we hit a snag with another mortgage company on a loan for a rental property, we thought our deal was going to fall through. After taking a look at our paperwork, Trey figured out that with a new appraisal, he could make the deal work. Trey was able to get us the financing to get the deal over the line. I would highly recommend working with him.
