We have worked with Trey in the past & were very pleased with the results, not so much this time. Countless times we had to follow up on timing etc. We were expecting a specific refinance only to be told halfway through that we could not have the refinance we expected ( in years ) instead had to do something different. issues kept popping up due to negligence of information. Closings kept getting moved, resulting in numerous requests for new payouts. We lost confidence.
