When I first was preparing to get a loan. I reached out to Trey, and wow what service. It was later in the evening and I express my concerns about securing a loan that would close in a couple of weeks. He told me it should not be a problem as long as we have all required information. Regardless to say... he starting sending information right that evening. I gathered up this information that evening and emailed to him. Next day approved for loan two weeks later we closed! Trey is the best

He was pleasant at first but when I would try to ask questions he would talk over me and not allow me to get my questions out. There was a miscommunication between us that ended up costing me more out of pocket and when I begin to ask more questions he decided to no longer communicate with me directly. However, his assistant was amazing and took the time to thoroughly explain things and walk me through everything. She was my light at the end of a dark tunnel.

I was referred to Trey because of his knowledge, hard work, and dedication to his work. However the way he spoke to me and cursing me was completely unacceptable. I have been in my home for over a month and I still battle with this issue & hear him speak to me that way.I have never been humiliated like that. I know he might be very passionate about his job but because of that I will NEVER and I do mean NEVER allow him or the company he work for do anything else for me or my family and friends.
