Trey’s professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness.
There was no need to LOCK the rate the day we decided to work together. Trey forced it and that was detrimental to me as I would have save at least .375 % more on the rate itself. But I think its OK, given the SPEED of Closing that he was able to acheive that I am IMPRESSED to say the least. There were a LOT of NERVY moments when we were stuck on some silly things like my Remote Work, which could have been handled much smoothly. But hey Life's not a Bed of Roses, so its OK. Thanks Trey for Closing FAST.
