Very friendly staff - had my stuff here for 6 months with no issues and they were kind enough to prorate my last month when needed. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with my chlice at tri-city storage solutions! I have had an absolute wonderful experience and I recently just rented an additional unit after already being a customer for 6 months. Steven I such a delight to see and talk to when needing to ask for any type of assistance or anytime I had to walk u to the office! Thank you for giving me the experience I've never had from other storage places in the past!!

The storage unit I had was worry-free. The temperature was monitored to keep my belongings safe from heat or cold. Easy access to my unit. Secure property. I rented for three years. Highly recommend.

A wonderful storage facility. I never had a problem with the facility or staff. Steve and Heather were extremely helpful and accommodating with any issues I had. I will miss the dearly.
