terrible experience. Went to him for blocked ear. I had been to my PCP regarding the problem, who recommended ENT. First visit was fine, gave antibiotics and steroids, stated if no improvement would insert a tube. called two weeks ago and last week asking for earlier appt, improvement. Went today being desperate enough despite skyrocketing COVID cases and in pain hoping for relief. NOTHING! Said I would have to come back in two weeks he wasn’t equipped to put a tube in today. Two-thirds of patients clear their ear problems after the second medicine and surgery are not done. You were given another medicine and you agreed to schedule surgery in case this did not clear. Beware and seek a second opinion. Dr. Liu is not highly regarded by other Doctors in this field. He will ALWAYS do a procedure, though it may be unnecessary and unwarranted.. Does not communicate, even when asked a direct question.

Likes to push the anti biotics. Left a huge hole in my septum. Two surgeries and my sinuses are still bad. Kept saying "i can fix that" after two surgeries! What happened on the first two?
