Dr Liu was kind, patient and gentle in treating me for an ear issue. Such a sensitive part of the body, so these qualities are very important. The medical assistants and office staff are also kind, patient and courteous every time I call or attend a visit. God Bless All of You.😊Â
Dr. Liu is the best doctor, but I do think adding another ENT to the practice could be helpful since it's always so busy.Â

Everything from Dr Lui to staff is exceptional, I have had problems with surgeries in the past. Dr Lui made me feel so at ease and was always there if I had any questions. You could not ask for a better Doctor and office from top to bottom.Â
Amazing! Both my daughter and son have had tonsillectomies with Dr. Lui and I trusted him completely. The whole process was smooth and he kept me informed along the way. Highly recommend himÂ
Wonderful! I have been given antibiotics for years due to recurrent sinus infections I kept getting sicker and sicker. Dr. Liu was the only one that took the time to get me proper testing and treatment. After 50 years of suffering from "allergies " (I have NO allergies) and poisoning my system with antibiotics, Dr. Liu discovered that I had a deviated septum. After having surgery to correct this, I feel like a new person! Thanks, Dr. Liu!Â
