Dr. Giraldi is everything you could ever want in a doctor: professional, knowledgeable & well-versed, patient, caring, communicative and goes out of her way to make you comfortable in uncomfortable situations. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Giraldi for my toenail removal and Jovy (such a light!) at the front desk to help comfort me during the procedure. I saw Dr Thabata recently in her Randolph office for a toenail issue. I was so embarrassed by my feet! She made me feel so comfortable and didn’t complain about the foot odor problem I also have, which apparently podiatrists also treat! When treating my toenail she used a sharp instrument and even though the area was very painful to the touch and hurt in my shoes, Dr Thabata had the Midas touch because I felt no pain as she reduced the nail and I didn’t require any numbing medication! I was having severe pain in my feet as I work long hours standing in uncomfortable laboratory safety shoes up-to 10 hours a day. Dr Thabata custom laser fit me for orthotics shoe inserts and my feet have never felt better! There was of course a break-in period, just like with a new pair of shoes, but the doctor explained all of that to me so I knew what to expect. Truly great compassionate care!

I've heard great things about Tri county foot and ankle center that I decided to bring my daughter to be examined. My daughter has a bony protrusion around her ankle. I was very concerned. from the time I enter the office, great experience...The office is very clean, Front desk lady was friendly and asking if I need help with registration forms. Went in for ingrown toenail. I was polite the second I walked through the front door and she was rude to me for whatever reason. She told me that she would need to perform a procedure that will keep me out of work for a minimum of two weeks. Also that it will be done at a different facility due to her medical privileges. I saw that seemed detached from reality and rude I told her that I cannot wait two weeks then walked out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
She never took off her mask to talk to me after examining my foot. could hardly understand her. She told me I had a hammer toe, but second opinion was that was that it not the case. Third opinion confirmed it was NOT a hammer toe. Sent a script to pharmacy for toe fungus before she has even gotten back to me with any results. She said it would take 3 weeks, only 2 weeks gone by so she still does not know if I have a toe fungus but send a script the day of my visit.
