Then the owner accussed my children of standing on it. your would be better off ANYWHERE but TriState.We are Having a Professional granite company in to repair. According to him, repairing Tri State's cheap material and sloppy installs could be a full-time job
We are very unhappy w/ the service we've received from Tri State Stone of Newark, NJ. We have discovered some problems w/ our counters after 7 months and Tri State refuses to answer emails or phone calls. What a disappointing way to spend hard earned money. Seek a company that stands behind their product and their work.
I would not recommend doing business with Tri State Stone of Newark, NJ. Upon installment of our black granite counters we noticed a grayish mark. The installers hadn't even left yet, so we knew we weren't responsible for the mark. They came the following week and buffed it out and it looked better.
