Today, I spoke with Elsie Rodriguez, concerning an account issue I was having. I had spoken to several other reps months prior, who, neither cared about my issue nor correcting it. This astute young lady not only took the time to fully listen but went over and above to get things right. She gave me a kind and patient listening ear.
