Tricia was one of the nicest and most courteous realtors that I have ever used. She listened to my needs, was always available, and communicated efficiently. She was patient at all times (when I was not :)) and helped decrease my stress level to a minimum. She knows NWA and all that it has to offer. I would recommend her to any friend or family member. In fact, she will hopefully move my sister to the area next year :)

Well, where to begin. I can't imagine any realtor put in as much ground work as did Tricia. We truly felt like her only client even though her reputation has kept her extremely popular in the NWA corridor and beyond. I would highly recommend Tricia to either help you buy or sell your home. She was a pleasure to work with and helped us through every step of selling our home and then finding the perfect new home. She is very dedicated and listens to you to make sure you are getting what you want. If I ever need a realtor again I will be calling Tricia.

Tricia was amazing. She stuck with me in my very specific set of requirements for a lot to build our forever home. I went through four other realtors that would just send a few listings then never call back. I never got the feeling she was getting irritated when we looked at property after probably. Tricia has had a few of my properties listed, and has handled negotiations with owners of adjacent lots. She has always been honest, accurate and quick with responses. She has put a great deal of effort into the marketing. I intend to conduct more business with Tricia soon.

Tricia did an excellent job. She is very knowledgeable about the lake area. She tried to tell us we were over priced but we wanted to try it....so after being on the market for a long time..... We did not have to negotiate an with purchaser as we were happy to accept the first offer that came in. We ran into trouble hiring a local to put in a driveway to show the land. Tricia showed us a piece of property we were interested in several times. Every time I reached out to her she was available and willing to schedule time with us. She has excellent follow-up skills as well. As we are still deciding what we want to do, she keeps us informed about this piece of property and lets us know if the price has dropped. She is very friendly and professional.

Tricia Necessary is an excellent real estate agent. I have purchased several properties in my home state of Louisiana but found my Arkansas purchase with Tricia ' s guidance the most rewarding. She learns what her client wants and looks for those properties and doesn't flood her client with just any listing. She is the only agent I will use in future purchases there in Arkansas and the surrounding areas.

Tricia has been a wonderful agent for us. She is always immediately responsive to our questions or concerns. She has provided us with outstanding and complete information of the market and is very up to date on what is happening in our area. She has given an unlimited amount her time and financial investment to ensure the maximum exposure of our property. We just recently listed our home, so it hasn't sold yet. However, we would highly recommend Tricia to anyone buying or selling a home.
