The service was great Anselmo and Alejandro were great!!! Help me get the car I was looking for went above and beyond! Highly recommend them
I bought a truck from here the price was higher than what they told me and I was late one payment by few days but I called and they told me it was okay. They were able to shut the truck off and repo my car. I went right away and tried to pay extra but they weren't accepting it and made me wait 2 weeks to get my stuff out. Because of them my credit is down the toilet. Do not go here!!!! They are scammers and will not help you at all
Don’t ever go here if I could give it zero stars I would, now let me get into it. the contract never said anything about 25,000 miles only the sale date and when we called they said that the contract did say it ( it doesn’t) and then proceeded to laugh at us in the background. The call was about trying to fix engine problems and we are still in our two year warranty, and they said they didn’t want to and when we asked a question the rudely answered and then hung up in us

I have had the same insurance policy since 2021. They have been threatening me with repossession for the last month because they want me to pay for their insurance policy. I have sent them proof of my policy every week. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on anyone and I hope this review keeps them from scamming someone else.
