I walked Into the lobby and saw several people sitting in an office talking. I stood there for a minute since there was no one around to talk to. I finally went over to the office to see if I could talk to someone, and realized the people in the office were all employees. None of them smiled or greeted me, they just stared at me. I decided right then I will NOT be coming here to do any car shopping.
Miguel was so helpful he made sure we we happy with our purchase. Also the people that answered the phone was great.
Excellent customer service by Lianet Ochoa as for her in Beechnut location. The information was very clear and accurate.
Do not get insurance with them they’re all scammers! I’ve had an accident in November 2022 and they took until July of 2023 to “receive the check” my car was a total loss. They are still trying to charge me for something that was already payed off. I’ve called millions of times for the past year and I’ve received no help whatsoever. I need to get in touch with a supervisor but they refuse to let me get in contact with them.
Scam - posted vehicles and prices are not available when you get there. They get you to come and make an appt just to show you what’s available at that time. None of the vehicles on the site were available when I arrived after driving over an hour.
