Absolutely no stars!!! Went in at 10. About 2 months ago I went in looking for a vehicle. Found a nissan armada that I fell in love with. 1st red flag we were only able to test drive it on the lot not the actual road way. When we went back in to "talk numbers" we agreed on a down payment did the application. I gave them my License and the card to pull the down payment with. I was told my application was being viewed by the bank. So there my 3 kids and I were waiting at about 4/5 pm I asked how much longer my kids are hungry ... read more
The lady told me she doesn’t speak English and was rude upon entry. Then the entire time it was a manager that speaks English that never tried to help me. Just refused my service . Update: so I made an appointment , they said when I arrive ask for Caroline. So my man and I arrived at the place walked in took them a minute. I told her I was there to speak to Caroline and she started to get loud. I was like dang they have bad customer service. She said to have a seat and she will find someone. If there was a 0 I would give it a 0. Since my parents got their vehicle the car has had so many problems. The dealership has not been helpful in any way and when they asked to trade it in they said they would have to start over or pay a down payment again. Definitely would not recommend!
This Hispanic guy there wanted us to give $3800 down as a first time buyer with good credit for a 2012 Dodge Charger and when we asked what can we get for less down he tried to say we need to put a minimum $3k down for ANYTHING! We went to Sames Red Barn Motors in North Austin and they gave us lots of options for our budget of $1k-$1.5k and newer models.
There was a wait time of I think 2hrs but then again it was a Saturday and a lot of people were buying cars. But after that the process went by fast. I ❤️ my new suv and the experience was awesome great customer service. I recommend you all go by check it out.
