Tricolor is so rude to their customers !! They hang up the phone in your face . Drop you off to customer service, tell you lies !! I have had my car for going on 7 months now and I still don’t have my plates . They lie to me and tell me they sent everything in they’re just waiting to receive them . Stay away! They're a bunch of crooks and take advantage of illegals! They charge so much in interest, it's insane! They know there's many hard working undocumented people out there and take advantage of them! They sell used cars for more than twice it's worth! Only someone stupid or undocumented would come here, save your time and money and go somewhere else, unless you don't mind being ripped off!!
Estoy totalmente decepcionado con su taller de servicio y garantía. Les compré un pick up ram 1500 y desde el primer dia le reporté al vendedor que la bomba de gasolina NO se apagaba después de apagar el motor, se quedaba encendida y terminaba por descargar la batería.
