Really great experience for me. Purchased this car yesterday. The whole entire process was fast. On top of that their customer service completely amazing. They will treat you great yes they are very convincing but that's all about having great experience at communicating and giving out proper information about the car and the whole process. Amazing amazing amazing would completely recommend this place to anyone. Also credits to Fernandez the sales guy that helped us out very friendly and nice and good at he's job!
This place is awful. Trying to reach Dario Solorio's service has been a nightmare. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes, then someone random picks up, and the cycle begins again. I would not recommend buying a car from here, or even trusting them with their warranty because they’re not in fulfilling their agreements.. next step is filing a Lemon lawsuit against this company this company holds zero professionalism in the accountability
I’m extremely dissatisfied with tricolor auto Garland. Dario Solorio in specific. I bought a vehicle in June. 6 months later it broke down in total. The lack of professionalism & communication is unacceptable, I don’t know who runs or manages this establishment but I highly recommend looking at cars literally anywhere else. They are messing with peoples financial future, stability, peace of mind!! These people are FRAUD. I bought my vehicle on October last year. FOR the price as if it was a brand new year vehicle. It’s a 2017 dodge Durango. Mind you I didn’t even get to test the vehicle out. It got sent from Houston. Every time it will rain water will come through messing up my seats it got to the point where it messed up my shifter and battery.i called their service people and all the told me was “we don’t cover it” I have called multiples times for them to come get their vehicle and they won’t they are trying to lea... read more
