I was literally WALKING HOME! passing by a taco truck I noticed a car that seemed to be for sale. I had been desperate for a vehicle for weeks so I approached the vehicle when the person that was driving it approached me. Turns out he was the salesperson for tricolor! I asked a few about the location and he asked if I needed a ride and I said yes. Now I’m leaving with a 2022 Toyota Camry fully loaded and it is beautiful! Thank you jimmy and syuris!
Drove over an hour to location after my sister was in full contact with lady claiming to be the manager. They spoke of details via text messages and lady sent over pictures of car. Manager stated the car price and possible monthly installment amount. Once arrived to lot (same day of communicating with manager), manager stated car wasn’t available nor price monthly was incorrect. Went up monthly amount from $350 to $580. Maria Soriano has very amazing customer service. Very polite and an amazing spirit she will get you in a car very fast. I loved doing business with her!!
Maria is very rude, she was my salesperson but when I tried to talk to her about what's wrong with the car she gave me attitude and hung up in my face. They lied about what my payments would be and the down payment. They told me $2500 down but now in the system they are charging me an additional $50 on top the car note saying the down payment was $2900. I took them $300 in cash for what???? I can never speak with a manager but I am definitely going back up there because no way I should be having problems and just got the ca... read more
