Highly recommend Trifecta! They were recommended to me by the trainer at my gym when I started having joint pain during workouts. From the first visit, I knew I was in great hands. Chris Carroll met with me to discuss what the issue was and started working with me in that first session. After a few sessions I saw definite improvement and less pain when working out. I am a student athlete at Rowan University. A lot of people within the area recommended Trifecta. The people and the place have been so great and welcoming. They truly embody a tight knit culture. My husband and I both ended up at Trifecta for his physical therapy and my performance training. Trifecta ended up becoming one of our favorite date night spots!
