Installation was great. Men were very courteous. One thing I need is for Sebastian to stop by the Park Office so they know we installed a unit. Was supposed to get permission. Ops another reason is you could possibly get other clients. After they notice what a great job Trilogy did. Thank you
First the sales rep Mr. Marco Galindo was such a nice person and helped us thru everything with an easy understanding and also had a great talk with him. Second the installation team was really fast and clean, respectful and in short very professional. Third the people on the phone are very professional and polite. Overall experience i would choose trilogy AC again and I'm totally recommending to everyone I know
