Came in, saw the doctor. 5 minutes after touching my knee- told me it was just a sprain. With the pain meds they sent over was Diclofenac Sodium (took for 4 days) saw no improvement. Then I called back on the 5th day and asked for something else. The receptionist told me that they would end up sending Naproxen in for the pain and inflammation. They are racist, they only serve people who speak English, even when you go with a translator they don't serve you either, they only serve American citizens. Very bad service
Prejudice and racist! My husband was denied a medical card bcz his English was broken but passed it elsewhere! We were there for a total of 3 hours for nothing! Went to another clinic they understood him perfectly find and he was able to get his medical card just fine! This place has nothing but rude staff and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Been waiting for 15 business day to get the semaglutide, and when I call the just say we are all on the same boat, what kind of bs is that? Then they are sending me bill for things I already paid for, blaming that is a glitch, I'm so frustrated and disappointed, false advertising, false information about not having issues with supply, blaming the farmacy and not giving clear answers about the money I already paid for something I don't even get.
Worst clinic! The wait is ridiculous and the doctor that my husband saw for his follow up appointment didn’t seem to care at all or have any treatment plan for him. The staff made unprofessional remarks about him when he was there (I guess they thought he couldn’t hear them). Worst of all is Today is a week and a half that they have yet to send his prescriptions to the pharmacy.
