I entertained six companies when getting quotes. I am a single working Mom and was trying to be smart. It was the most frustrating of all my home renovation searches. Then I met Tim Floyd of Trinity and my gut told me to choose him. It was not the cheapest of the quotes, but it was reasonable and I felt it was the best choice. Excellent company to install a new roof. I hired them and they did a very fast and great job. Their original proposal was exactly what they said would be done and the cost was the same. I would definitely hire Trinity Restoration and Roofing for any other roofing jobs I may have in the future.
Earl Vought, (Trinity rep) was professional, courteous, and honest. He made my wife and feel informed and comfortable. My insurance company decided to cut cost in the middle of the project but Earl fought for every penny and service owed to me. It is refreshing to have a person of integrity who genuinely cares for the customer and not just the sale.
