My garage door wasn't working-had to manually open and close. I could handle that but there wasn't any option to lock the door which worried me. I didn't want anyone breaking into the garage and then walking into the house. The guys at Triple B were busy doing a large job and could not guarantee that they would get to me that day. Service quality and speed are second to none. My father in law needed his door fixed fast as it was stuck on the track half open. Roderic was immediately responsive and took care of the problem in less than 4 hours and $30 under the estimate he gave me over the phone. Absolutely amazing.
Just want to recognize Triple B garage services. Back in May they came out to service my garage door because i was having issues, it was fixed. The issues started again and i gave them a call back and with in 24 hours they came back free of charge to rebalance my door.. now that is customer service no questions asked they just came and did what ever the door needed.. thank you so much!!
