Very friendly and explained everything so that I could understand it
I went on line and requested my appointment. I received a call the following morning, but was not able to answer at the time. The person on the phone when I called back seemed bothered by my call and annoyed with me because she couldn’t find my info in the system. We got my appointment scheduled and everything after that interaction was absolutely GREAT.
You were responsive, friendly, quick and supportive. The instructions were clear. Great experience.

Staff were pleasant but took awhile to set up. I had a 9:10 appointment time, they were supposed to start at 9, took the first person in line at 9:12 and I was the 5th person in line and was not finished until 9:25am. They really need an extra person to sign people in and label the vials.
Setting up appointment with staff member was easy. Staff member was extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Lee and staff member taking our son’s test was efficient, professional,and sensitive to our disabled son’s needs. We will be back, as the process and people were great. Joyce

My only complaint is not knowing before arrival that I needed to call in...perhaps my fault for not inquiring when I made the appointment. Other than that A+.
