Everyone was really nice and professional. The entire process for COVID testing went smoothly.
Testing experience was fine. Was told they would call with results in 15-20 minutes, we waited the rest of the day but unfortunately no call. We had to call the next morning for the results, which were negative for both my spouse snd myself. Very nerve racking having to wait overnight. Please have the tech call if they say they will call in 15-20 minutes.
Rebecca always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. She never makes me feel rushed like most doctors office do.
