Tristan was ALWAYS very patient with me and eager to explain everything and helpful in all aspects of the loan process. This was actually my FIRST TIME applying for a home loan so it was all new to me!! I appreciated SO MUCH too that he would get back to me quickly!! He was there right up to the last minute when my home owners insurance became an issue because the previous company denied me after giving me a quote and saying things were GOOD!!

Tristan was not only kind and extremely professional, he was very knowledgeable and his experience showed.
