5 Star : My Experience I an very satisfied with the service that I received from Trophy. However, I am very unhappy about the experience I had with Allstate and the handling of my claim. I was without my car for 59 days due to them not submitting my paperwork timely and following up on the status of my vehicle. I actually called you all about my car 28 days in, only to find out that my paperwork was never sent over to you al and no work had been started on my vehicle.
