5 Star : My Experience Completely satisfied. But I had to call for updates. No communication from Jeff. He told me he would call with estimates. He said he would call with repair schedule. He said he would call when car was ready. I called him. He only called once when we were coming to get car and the molding was in back order. I think he his overloaded with work.
