Every time we go , we have a great time . No complaint How clean and how the staff were at every exit/entrance making sure everyone had a mask and if they didn’t they will hand one out . Always a pleasure going to the Tropicana
Pleasant Updating the room, parking for hotel guest should be included in resort fees. Late check in was great, being able to book while driving on the AC Expressway
Very good I loved it here What I didn’t like the parking garage is so far from where you have to walk to go inside , the check in process was a long line , you have to pay for parking. And if you have heavy bags they didn’t even have nothing to carry your bags so make sure you pack light because everything is a far walk even to get to your room I love that everything is in the resort stores , casino , places to eat without you having to go outside and the room was so big and the bed was comfortable can’t wait to go back
