It was okay I asked for a no-smoking room but I could smell people smoking. And there were Nats on the ceiling like 30 of them. It's a nice place just not to stay.

The hotel amenities were awesome. I just don't understand why I was charged for a room upgrade. I was given a room upgrade and charged for it, but I didn't authorize it. The room was clean and average.
