Very Poor The shower was backed up bathroom smelled like smoke told the front desk and they really didn’t care It was a place to sleep

Fair Bartender at main bar in casino Friday was rude and obnoxious. With a group of 20 staying at hotel tipping him extremely well you would think he would not be so stupid. This casino lost alot of food, alcohol, and gambling profits due to his rudeness to our group. Although service was slow In brew pup the .manager did everything in her power to welcome and make customers feel appreciated . Highly applaud her efforts and professionalism..

Used my friends bathroom ,pool not warmed ,spa closed due to covid19 I understand that issue Toilet mechanical not working ,shower head sprayed out of back to wall above,no little bottle of shampoo ,used conditioner bottle.

Pleasant Check in was absolutely the worse experience ever. Understaffed and speed of transaction was a joke. This would be a big deterrent from staying there again Price and location

Not very happy Give guests best available rooms. Do not put guests on a floor that is going to be renovated during their stay Breakfast was good pillows were horrible I think other rooms were available but we got a view of the parking garage.we came back to our room on Sunday afternoon and furniture was being out to re do the carpet?
