1st time ever to laughlin and I was so disappointed after being told what a great time we'd have. Stained sheets, standing in 4" of water while taking a shower🤬.drain was slow as molasses 🤔. Lack of on site food most places were closed. Breakfast burrito at 2am

Staying during Pandemic I stayed for five days with my teenage children and their father. When we checked in, I don’t recall being told that there would be NO housekeeping services. So after a couple days of trash accumulation I called house keeping and was told that they wouldn’t be cleaning the room due to COVID. That was fine, but when I asked if I could at least have a trash bag, that was a no. They asked me to set the trash outside the door in the hallway and someone would pick it up.
