Need housekeeping/roomservice back!!!! There is no room service there is no house keeping definitely a negative for me and my family! Rooms need huge maintenance specially pluming maintenance payed a lot of money for the cheap hotel room i was given. Bad I don’t like anything about the Tropicana right now The beds both had hair all over them we ordered new sheets but then walk in to the bathroom and it was cleaned with a dirty rag the pool was so cloudy really there wasn’t anything to like the waitress at the one restaurant that’s open was rude rude

I wont stay there again no quick n grab food located inside. Dirty room, someone else's sock left. Sheets with stains Not enough shower towels given. Nothing

I forgot my wedding ring in the restroom, I called & nobody turned it in It didn’t smell clean Comfortable beds

Disappointing Rooms were in the back tower to far from elevator and lots of louds kids running in hall ways at night.
