Very Good The lighting was very dim, even when sitting right under the lamps. The room and tower we were booked in was so far away we felt as if we ran a marathon to get there. It made our luggage feel like 10 tons by time we finally got to our room. I know there are bellhops and luggage carts we can utilize, but if you don't really have tip money for the bellhop, you feel like a jerk and they won't let you use the carts without a bellhop. Very Good I was left with no hot water, and I wasn’t notified untill I called and told them there wasn’t any hot water. I like that I was able to enjoy my time there .

Exceptional Both table chairs need repaired or replaced . Not enough coffee and the TV was small compared to other rooms I've stayed in on past stays at the Tropicana. The room was very spacious and clean the bed was comfortable as well.
