Overall our stay was good, with the exception for the small inconveniences. Went down to reception and asked for extra towels and was told staff would bring them to the room, which they never did. Also, the wait time for the elevator was long, the line was down the hallway and it took about 15 min to get to the elevator for our turn. The room phone also didn’t work so I had to call the operated and be transferred to the front desk. The room was decent and the AC was really cold which I loved.
