charging my rooms ahead registration desk did not start my day good, than the elevator did not work. parking garage elevator didn't work...had to drag bags 3 flt down. made registration for 4 rooms month ahead and was charged for the 4 rooms. my friends each were to pay for their rooms with their credit cards. the registration host didn't explain how I was to get my pre charged money back and credited back to my charge card. I was not treated as a guest to your hotel. room were nice. registration desk were far from elevators... read more
