Tropicana is a wonderful travel destination, but Promenade towers rooms are due for minor renovation Our room, #697, Promenade Tower, had a slow drain bathroom sink, the bedroom carpet was worn out & loose with several ridges in it. It definitely needs to be replaced before someone takes a serious trip & fall. The staff was friendly, we'll informed and very efficient. The location is walking distance close to the Colorado River and other restaurants & casinos.

it was ok. I would stay again if needed the furniture was outdated. i stayed in a non smoking room that did smell like cigarettes and weed smell on the hallway ( which is not the property’s fault) and the carpets were a little dingy, the bathroom was good location, the restaurants inside and nearby
Very nice room. Really enjoyed the stay. The night we stayed there happened to be a high school basketball team in the hotel also, and they were sort of loud and rowdy. Could have been looked after better. The room was very large and nicely done. The bathroom was very large also. The bed was very comfortable. They had some restaurant's in the hotel, some were closed but the one we finally had dinner at was very good. We got to park in the garage so felt the car would be safe. Very nice facilities.
