REAL NICE PLACE.WE Both Enjoyed ourselfs. That I hade to leave cause my trip was over. Coffee was excellent at the poolside Cafe.just what We needed to wake up .All the other people were Friendly Having a good time do to the atmosphere.Confortable place to stay.I been there previously and plan to visit again next time I'm in town

Very Good The carpet was really dirty, I had to wear my sandals in the room the whole time. The sink was plugged up. Location near by to everything needed

Good value for the price our pillows were NOT comfortable at all tooooo stuff beds were hard & not enough comfortable blankets the staff was great room was clean tv remote needs batteries or something it worked then not then worked again

Nice location close to everything for entertainment. Smoke odors everywhere on first floor (casino level) and annoying music. Quietness of the room and the hotel, breakfast restaurant (Carnegie) open very very early in the morning if not all night.

I liked the customer service from the front desk and security staff. I put my green room service card in door slot and no one came to my door. Customer friendly service at the front desk and security.
