Charged 2 Different Cards for 1 room.. Room wasn't stocked, prices are high, hotel charged 2 cards for one room. Excellent views, love the pool, good arcade, Cristel at the front desk is awesome!

First timer Bell service needs more personnel. Room was too far from front end Beds were great. Air conditioner worked well

it was an okay visit fortunately it was only for 1 night carpets could use a little attention seems the elevators could use a little cleaner the amount of children running through the halls and casino floor unattended
