Pleasant Only one Valet on duty most of the time.....very long waits. Only two - three Valets available at check in / check out....very long waits. Room cleaning delayed every day due to staff shortage. Soap bars were second class Tub and sink drained very slow. Had to eat outside the hotel due to lack of restaurants Very pleasant personnel on duty but the entire operation is under-staffed. Every thing was clean and maintained.

Over all it was good, but lacked extra care. Toldbhouse kerpimg the hair dryer was bri We stayed there 5 night and there were daily room service. I saw a cleaning maid and didn’t do room service for stay in. I was to call house keeping, which I did and was told that they didn’t do room service that day. Never was told when I could get room service. Never got it the entire week. They did bring towels etc when requested. The only literature was the Bible. My wife didn’t like the hash browns.
