It was pleasant for the most part, but all in all I enjoyed the Tropicana much more than the heat. I did not like the fact of the adults only receiving 1hour in the pool after all the children had already been in it all day and at 8pm the water was so cloudy and had way to much chlorine in it. Also the front desk was very rude when I asked about renting an electric scooter, she was absolutely no help. It was the girl with the black eye on her left side.
