Very Good The hotel in general needs an update, it seems a bit outdated. It had a musky smell in the hallways leading to the rooms, granted some are smoking rooms. Clean gaming area, and spacious. Friendly staff and restaurant workers. The rooms were clean and decent sized.

Very Good When I went to check in this trip the front desk manager was very very rude..when she looked up my reservation I wasn't in the system I told her I have a reservation and confirmation number she didn't want to hear about or have nothing to do with it or try to help figure out what was wrong just dismissed me and moved on called booking.com with help of the staff and a gentleman man named Tad at Tropicana he was able to help figure out what happened and was able to check me in....the simple problem he figured out was... read more
