was just ok Better cleanliness in your rooms, found drawers dirty unable to use, someone’s else’s toothpicks on floor, had to ask for amenities in room.
Stay was good, but my dining experience was awful. The coffee shop was a horrible experience. It took an hour to get my food. The breakfast was over priced. The staff was standing around and should have pitched in. The manager running the place needs more experience. Their was four tables eating. They also were waiting and the one across from me got the wrong food. It was a total disfunctional place to eat at. The room was comfortable and near everything.
Very Good I mistakenly used my debit card instead of my credit card when I checked in and every morning I had a hold for a new amount on my card. I was credited back all after a few days of checking out. If I had had very little money in my account I would have been in trouble when trying to pay for other stuff. First time staying at Tropicana. Everything was good.
