Good I had a pleasant stay and nothing bad to say. The front desk staff rocked, very helpful and polite.
Wonderful Front Desk Clerk, TAD. Very RUDE and unprofessional. I had to speak to a supervisor 3 hrs later to correct a simple request. Tad's morning, Supervisor Lourdes (July 18th). She corrected the problem with the stroke of a key in 3 minutes. Thank you Loutdes!
