Very Good I did not enjoy the smell of certain rooms, and some of the elevators were hot, including that the vending and Ice machine on my floor did not work well. I had to go to other floors to get something to drink or a bag of ice. The bedroom was really comfortable, and make me feel at home, I also enjoyed the pool and the casino, my nephews had fun at the arcade as well, definitely a good place to spend time with friends and family.
Pleasant cleanliness needs improvement.

Good I liked the stay. But we did not get housekeeping service in our room and I had to call for new towels. When I called to advise no one came in to make up the beds and leave new towels, I was advised that the rooms were not being cleaned. But when I cheked in I was asked if I wanted the room made up and I said YES. It would have been nice to be informed that there would be no one to clean the room during my visit. Very Good The bed was uncomfortable, woke up with a sore left shoulder which I never had before. It’s been two days and it still hurts. The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and so was the room!
