Very Good I did not enjoy the smell of certain rooms, and some of the elevators were hot, including that the vending and Ice machine on my floor did not work well. I had to go to other floors to get something to drink or a bag of ice. The bedroom was really comfortable, and make me feel at home, I also enjoyed the pool and the casino, my nephews had fun at the arcade as well, definitely a good place to spend time with friends and family.
Pleasant cleanliness needs improvement.

Good I liked the stay. But we did not get housekeeping service in our room and I had to call for new towels. When I called to advise no one came in to make up the beds and leave new towels, I was advised that the rooms were not being cleaned. But when I cheked in I was asked if I wanted the room made up and I said YES. It would have been nice to be informed that there would be no one to clean the room during my visit. Great place to stay N/A Everything
Very Good The bed was uncomfortable, woke up with a sore left shoulder which I never had before. It’s been two days and it still hurts. The staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and so was the room!
