House keeping left a air cleaner in my room and I asked to be moved because it seemed really bad. They told me I should No restaurants opened that I wanted too eat at and when I called to the front desk to move rooms the told me I had to come to the front desk to get a key. So I walked to the front desk to get the new room key and then they asked for a ID and I was not told to bring my ID so I had to walk back to my room and get my ID and then walk back to the front desk.
