Service gratitude The TV in the room did not work at all. I needed some time to rest and watch some tv but I couldnt. The tv kept freezing or going out of signal. Was not happy about that. The staff was friendly all around. Housekeeping came within minutes of my requests. Thanks housekeeping! Bartenders at the Tango's lounge definately were taking care of me! Thanks bartenders! The lobby staff assisted me with putting on the Suns vs. Lakers game on Sunday in the Tango's lounge. Thanks!

We enjoyed our one night stay... Your front desk needed an additional person to help with check-ins... Your desk di an amazing job considering he was running the front desk all by himself... We really liked the cleanliness of your hotel.
Exceptional Rooms need more attention in cleaning. I saw corners needs vacuuming as well as the ceiling corners. Furniture needed to be dusted and better linen on beds. Good location
Very Good No color in the room, cable service and internet not the best. Atmosphere in the casino
Comfortable & safe feeling The room could of been cleaner. Could tell it had been a while since it had a thorough cleaning. I loved the coffee & donuts in the coffee shop.
